A note from the founder

I came back to the gym after 12 years away. I had sciatica, I was coming out of a really difficult year, and I just wanted to get my health back.

I got a plan. I started training. And I realised pretty quickly that the hard part wasn't the workouts — it was everything in between. Not knowing if I was progressing. Not having an easy way to flag when something hurt. Feeling too awkward to ask for help mid-session. I'm an introvert. That kind of friction adds up.

My training partner was going through the same thing alongside me. We were both doing our best with no real system to lean on.

So I built one.

My90Plan started as something personal — a way for us to train with structure and actually see our progress. It started in the gym, but I quickly realised the system works for everything — home workouts, bodyweight, outdoor training, yoga, you name it. Then I looked around and realised: coaches in Mauritius are doing incredible work with almost no infrastructure to support it. No proper tracking. No easy client communication. No way to see who's struggling before it's too late.

The coaches are good. The clients are motivated. The system just wasn't there.
